A Better Tomorrow

A Better Tomorrow

New life; each one brings aspirations of a better future
with imminent hopes to anchor
a better tomorrow.

The impulse comes, to protect our young – comes naturally
for some, first breath saturated
with love.

Others instantly discarded – forced
to discover their own path
life’s small triumphs devoid of audience.

An unlucky amount – stored insignificantly in
society. Break down global malevolence,
sail the sea, liberate the exploited generation.

Love each one and treat them
as our Nation’s National Treasure, yes,
tomorrow is another chance to adorn our youngsters extravagantly.
